How IPFaxSolution Works.

The diagram above illustrates the concept of IPFaxSolution, wherein your Small Business customer is the fax receiver, and can access any number of facsimile transmissions from any number of senders via his/her email.

When you sign up for our IPFaxSolution service, you are assigned a DID (Direct Inward Dialing) number that can mimic the tones of a fax. When a fax machine dials the phone number corresponding to the IPFaxSolution DID number, the proper signals are sent to the fax machine to allow the fax transmission. The transmission is then converted into a PDF image fi le, attached to an email and sent to your designated inbox.
