Gregory K. Roeper Joins CommPartners, LLC as President

Former Vodavi President Joins Executive Team of IP Solutions Network Company 

Las Vegas, Nevada—April 24 2007 —CommPartners, a nationwide IP-based solutions network company offering IP PBX, IP Trunking, hosted call center and other IP-based applications for the SMB/E markets, today announced that Gregory K. Roeper, 46, has joined the company as President.

Prior to joining CommPartners, Roeper served most recently as President and CEO of Vodavi Technology, Inc. (NASDAQ: VTEK), a leading provider of telecommunications systems which in 2006 was acquired by Vertical Communications (VRCC-OB). Roeper assumes his new role immediately.

Clark said that the addition of Roeper will allow him to focus on strategic initiatives for the company.

Roeper joined Vodavi in 1994 and while there held positions as the company’s chief operating officer; executive vice president, finance, administration and operations; secretary of the company; and as chief financial officer and treasurer.
