Companies collaborate to deliver innovative, cost-effective IP-based voice solutions

- IPTrunking Agent Program - To realize the full potential of an IP-based communications solution, SMBs need to migrate away from existing PBX voice trunks and employs next generation services. With CommPartners Connect IPTrunking, NextGen members can deploy this versatile and cost-effective PBX integration/trunk replacement service and deliver the benefits of VoIP while retaining existing traditional or IP PBX/Key systems and internet connections for both voice and data. This agent program allows NextGen members to earn attractive monthly recurring commission payments on the sale and support of IPTrunking and related services.
- White Label Wholesale Program – CommPartners white label wholesale program allows NextGen members to sell a full suite of hosted IP solutions to SMB customers under their own brand name. The white label wholesale program allows member companies to set their own retail rates, use CommPartners Connect Management System (CMS) automated provisioning and billing platform, and build an asset as the service provider with the end user customer relationship.
Dependent on customer requirements, NextGen member using CommPartners Connect have access to additional product offerings and IP solutions including Hosted IP PBX Services, T1 broadband access services for SMBs, advanced contact-handling and management services for call centers and a unified communication service that allows users to view inbound facsimiles via email.
