- Yes, worldwide thru our various Tier 1 carriers or thru carriers with their own directs.
Implementation
- How do we test?
- Yes via our IP Test interconnect form.
- How long does it take to set up a test?
- It normally three business days to set up a test.
- Once we test, how long to turn up new service live?
- A new service would normally take about 7 to 10 business days (upon completion of contract and receipt of deposits) to turn up.
- What is the process?
- Test IP (or order TDM facilities into CP switch)
- Complete credit application
- Sign and initial Carrier Services agreement and rate decks and return to CP Corporate
- CP receipt of appropriate deposit
- CP EVP signature of Carrier Services package.
Network Control Center (NCC)
- Please tell us about your Network Control Center?
- Located in our Corporate headquarters in Las Vegas, Nevada, our Network Control Center is fully staffed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week monitoring both the CommPartners voice and data network. The NCC works directly with customers, vendors, and providers to resolve network and service issues.
- Escalation procedures?
- Escalation procedures are provided upon request.
- Do you provide Service Level Guarantees?
- Yes, a Service Level Agreement is provided at time of contract

Billing/Deposits
- Are there monthly minimums for your carrier services?
- Yes, there is a $1,000 monthly minimum for all new carrier accounts.
- Are deposits required?
- Yes, deposits are based upon Credit review with a MINIMUM of $1,500 per 24 channel equivalent for Domestic Services. Deposits for International service are determined on a case-by-case basis.
- How often do you issue bills?
- Standard bill cycles are weekly net 3 day if International services purchased. Monthly net 5 day if Domestic Services only are purchased.
- How can we access our CDRs?
- Secure FTP site password and login provided
- How often can we access our CDRs?
- You may access your CDRs on a daily basis.
- Is it a secure site?
- Absolutely!
- How do we order new services?
- We provide a Customer Welcome package which gives various logins to order Toll Free or DID service.
- Do you provide LNP for DIDs and Toll Free numbers?
- Yes, you may request to port your number conveniently online!
- Is your order system web-based?
- Toll Free and LNP orders can be placed online. However, new DID number requests are currently handled by our Provisioners.
